Please read these terms carefully before using Get Locked In. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Use.
Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Get Locked In, you confirm that you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the application.
Description of service
Get Locked In is a habit-tracking application for iOS. It is provided free of charge with no subscriptions or in-app purchases unless stated otherwise.
Apple terms
This agreement is between you and Mikuláš Vojíř ("developer", "we", "us"), not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. Your use must comply with Apple’s App Store Terms and Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
Online features
Some features may require an internet connection and may change over time. Features may be added, modified, or removed without notice.
Identity and access
The app does not require an account by default. Optional features may use a pseudonymous identifier or third-party authentication. You are responsible for keeping any recovery credentials safe. Lost access cannot be restored.
Ownership of content
All data you create within the app remains your property. We do not claim ownership of your content.
Guilds and shared features
When using shared features such as Guilds, you agree to behave respectfully. Limited participation data may be visible to other users.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and not in a way that could harm the app or other users.
Availability
The app is provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app.
Termination
You may stop using the app at any time. We may modify or discontinue the app at our discretion.
Amendments
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated terms.
Age requirements
The app is not intended for users under 13, or under 16 in the European Union where applicable.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Disputes are subject to the courts of Prague.
