Please read these terms carefully before using Get Locked In. By downloading or using the app, you agree to be bound by the conditions set out below.
Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Get Locked In, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the application immediately.
Description of service
Get Locked In is a habit-tracking application for iOS devices. The app is provided free of charge with no subscription fees, premium tiers, or in-app purchases. All features are available to all users for the lifetime of the application.
Ownership of content
All data you create within the app โ including targets, arc history, and progress records โ remains your sole property. We make no claim of ownership over your content. As your data never leaves your device without your explicit action, we have neither access to nor authority over it.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Get Locked In only for lawful purposes and in accordance with Apple's App Store Review Guidelines. You must not use the app in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair its operation, or interfere with any other party's use.
Disclaimer of warranties
Get Locked In is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Get Locked In and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the application. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid to obtain the app.
Termination
You may cease using the application at any time by deleting it from your device. We reserve the right to discontinue the application, in which case we will provide reasonable prior notice and make reasonable efforts to facilitate data export.
Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via an updated revision date. Your continued use of the application following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes arising under these terms that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Prague.
