Privacy Policy

Get Locked In is built on a simple premise: your habits are yours. We wrote this app because we wanted something that wouldn't watch us. This policy is short because the answer to most privacy questions is the same — we don't.

What we collect

Nothing. We don't collect your name, email address, phone number, or any personally identifying information. There are no accounts. No sign-up. No profile.

How we use your data

We don't. Your habits, targets, and arc history live exclusively on your device. We have no server-side record of what you track, when you track it, or how often you open the app.

Analytics and tracking

There are no analytics SDKs, no crash reporters phoning home, no advertising networks, no A/B test frameworks, and no third-party scripts of any kind embedded in the app. We do not know how you use Get Locked In, by design.

Optional sync

If you choose to enable iCloud sync, your data is encrypted end-to-end on your device before it leaves. The encryption keys are derived from your Apple ID — we cannot read your synced data even if we wanted to. Sync is opt-in and can be turned off at any time.

Third parties

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties. We do not use third-party SDKs that would have access to your data. The only external service involved in the app's operation is Apple's App Store distribution and, if you opt in, Apple's iCloud infrastructure.

Changes to this policy

If we ever change this policy in a meaningful way, we will update the date below and note what changed. We will not quietly expand data collection — if the business model were ever to change, we would tell you plainly.
